Find your way to Strathaven Lodge

From Nelson City:

Going north from the City centre along SH6 towards Picton and Blenheim, we are only 6 minutes away. You pass attractive coastal settlements and signposts for Malvern Crescent, Bay View Road, and Tui Glen Road, before coming to the Atawhai Crescent turnoff. There is a blue B&B sign here.

Follow the Crescent round the corner, where you will see the Four Square superette (small supermarket) on your right. Turn right here, up Dodson Valley Road, and go right up this road to where it branches to the right and left. Strathaven Place is a sharp left turn at this point. Follow the road around the gentle tree lined curves until you come to the cul-de sac head, where there are two large drives (rights of way).

Take the right hand one (which goes off at one o' clock), where you will see the Strathaven Lodge sign. 100m up the drive you will see another Lodge sign on the left. Turn left into our drive and follow it all the way around the corner to the front entrance. Here you will receive a warm welcome to Strathaven Lodge!!

From Picton and Blenheim:

Coming from Picton or Blenheim, you will pass the first coastal settlement of Marybank, with the Clifton Terrace School above the road, with a turn off sign posted to Tresilian Avenue, and another to Marybank Avenue. About another 500m along SH6, you will see St Peters Church and a blue B&B sign, before you get to the large pond on your left. Turn left at the church onto Atawhai Crescent. Go along the Crescent, with the pond on your right, until you see the Four Square superette. Turn left here up Dodson Valley Road, and follow this up the valley, as directed above.

If you miss this turn off at the church, continue along SH6 alongside the pond, and then take the next left immediately after the pond. Turn right at the superette and up Dodson Valley Road to Strathaven Place.
You will soon arrive at Strathaven Lodge to a warm welcome!!!
